On the subsequent pages you find information about selected projects which the Wittenberg Center either launched or for which the Center provided substantial support. The common theme of these projects is to implement ethical principles in day to day business and the idea of social cooperation for mutual advantage.
Since 2001, the Center has been providing a framework for bringing together current and future decision makers from various countries, professions, backgrounds and cultures to discuss global challenges.more
Since 2007, the Wittenberg Center has been coordinating the "Wittenberg Process of the Social Partners in the Chemical Industry" to establish trust between employers federation and trade union.more
Since 2002, the Wittenberg Center has been organizing Young Leaders Seminars in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Ingo Pies, Chair of Economic Ethics at Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg.more
Annually, between 2003 and 2008, the Wittenberg Center hosted business representatives from Israel and Jordan aiming at transnational business opportunities and cooperative ventures.more
In 2008, the Wittenberg Center launched the initiative "Investing in Trust" as a response to the increasing mistrust of people in market economy, in businesses corporations and decision makers.more
Since 2008 the Center is organizing seminars for young and executive managers dealing with ethical principles, good leadership, and value management.more
